With a background in biological sciences and medical genetics, including postdoctoral training at the University of Toronto, and a Juris Doctor from Western University, Rade bridges science and law to help translate innovation into commercially viable products.
He has advised leading Canadian and multinational organizations across healthcare, technology, consumer products, and regulated industries, with expertise spanning corporate governance, intellectual property, regulatory strategy, privacy, and cross-border operations.
At Sajic Skin Science, Rade leads legal and regulatory strategy, helping protect the company’s innovations and build the foundation required to bring science-driven skincare technologies to market.
